Can I still submit hardcopy reports?

With the launch of OPG Online (OPGO), OPG will only accept reports submitted via OPGO.


You may view our instructional videos and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for step-by-step guidance on how to complete an ESR/DR. These are available on OPGO under the ‘Resources’ tab at the top of the window.

If you require personalised help, you can make an appointment with OPG. Please contact the OPG at 1800 111 2222 or via Online FormSG https://go.gov.sg/opg-enquiry to make an appointment.

Note: Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
