I have been charged wrongly. Do I get a refund of my payment?

Yes, only if there are payment issues i.e double payment, OPG will provide a refund . Please contact OPG at 1800-111-2222 or via Online FormSG https://go.gov.sg/opg-enquiry to request for a refund.

Note: Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
