I am unable to receive the access code at the Certificate Issuer’s office for him/her to retrieve my LPA in OPGO. What should I do?
Please confirm that you have indicated your mobile number correctly in your LPA application. You may do so by clicking on the LPA No. on your OPGO dashboard under the ‘Overview’ tab to access your LPA draft.
Please also check your mobile network coverage to ensure you can receive SMSes on your mobile phone.
