The Donor is unable to receive the access code for me to retrieve his/her LPA in OPGO. What should I do?

Please ask the Donor to log in to OPGO to confirm that he/she has indicated his/her mobile number correctly in the LPA application. The Donor may do so by clicking on the LPA No. on his/her OPGO dashboard under the ‘Overview’ tab to access the LPA draft.


The Donor may also check his/her mobile network coverage to ensure he/she can receive SMSes on the mobile phone. 


If the mobile number indicated in the LPA is incorrect, Donor must cancel the existing draft and make a new LPA. The Donee(s) and Replacement Donee (if any) must accept the appointment again.


If the issue persists after checking that the mobile number indicated is correct, you may contact OPG at 1800 111 2222 or enquiry@publicguardian.gov.sg.


Note: Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
