When does a Deputy's appointment end?

1. The Deputy’s appointment will end once the Court makes a further Order discharging the Deputy.


2. The Deputyship will also come to an end if the Person without mental capacity or the Deputy passes away.


3. A Deputy’s appointment will also end if the Person without mental capacity regains mental capacity. An application must be made to Court and the Court makes a further Order discharging the Deputy.
