What actions or decisions can a Deputy make?

Updated by MSF

The type of actions and decisions you can make as a Deputy are specified in your Deputyship appointment court order. You must also refer to the Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Capacity Code of Practice for examples of decisions you may or may not make. You cannot delegate your authority or responsibility to another person.
