What if the Donor visits me with an LPA with missing information?

This scenario will not happen as OPGO will require the Donor to fill up all the necessary information before he can visit the CI for certification services. However, some Donors may visit the CI with an empty LPA form, i.e. Donor has yet to draft the LPA as they may want to consult the CI before drafting it. If the Donor wants to draft his LPA and have the CI certify it in this same consultation, the Donor will need to have a smartphone ready to draft his LPA online, have his Donee(s) ready to accept the appointment, before digitally signing on the LPA before you.
