Are CIs informed about their clients’ LPA status?

CIs will not be informed of the LPA status. Only the Donor and Donee(s) will receive notifications for status updates for his/her LPA. They can also log in to OPGO anytime to view the status of the LPA. For drafting of Form 2, lawyers may choose to be notified of all status updates by providing their email address under the section on ‘Tell us who the Donor is’.
