As a CI, can I guide my Donor through the process of making the LPA?

If required, CIs may guide Donors on how to make an LPA. Alternatively, the CI may direct the Donor to view our instructional videos and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) under the ‘Resources’ tab on OPGO. Donors may also approach ServiceSG centres for guidance on the LPA application process.

For LPA Form 2, it is mandatory for a lawyer to draft the form for the Donor. The lawyer should login to OPGO via Singpass/Corppass to do so.
