If I receive my gross rate of pay in a foreign currency, how does MSF calculate the reimbursement to my employer for the paid leave provided?
The gross rate of pay paid in foreign currency will be converted to Singapore Dollar (SGD) when the reimbursement to the employer is calculated.
The conversion will be based on the MAS exchange rate at the point when the salary was paid by the employer (i.e. payment date reflected in the payslip).
