If I receive my gross rate of pay in a foreign currency, how does MSF calculate the reimbursement to my employer for Government-Paid Leave (GPL)?
If your gross rate of pay is paid in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars (SGD) when calculating the reimbursement to your employer. The conversion is based on the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) exchange rate on the date the salary was paid by the employer, as reflected in the payslip.
