Are director’s fees claimable under the Government-Paid Leave Schemes?

With effect from 1st January 2021, director’s fees will not be claimable under the Government-Paid Leave Schemes, as this is in line with the Child Development Co-Savings Act and Employment Act where director’s fees are not considered part of gross rate of pay.
