Individuals may apply to revoke their Self-Exclusion / Voluntary Visit Limit after being on the safeguard for at least one year. The Self-Exclusion / Voluntary Visit Limit will remain in force until it is revoked successfully.

To revoke your application, you will be required to complete a Gambling Self-Assessment to learn more about your own gambling behaviours.

After completion, you will either be prompted to complete an online psycho-education courseware or be referred to attend 2 counselling sessions at NCPG’s appointed agency, Resilienz Clinic.

Please visit the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) and log in to e-services with your Singpass to proceed with your application. If you require assistance on how to submit your application, you may contact NCPG at 6354 8154.

Your application will be processed once you have completed the required revocation procedures. You may check the status of your application by logging in to the NCPG website (www.ncpg.org.sg) with your Singpass.
