[For SC/PR] How do I revoke my Jackpot Machine Room Self-Exclusion and Singapore Pools Remote Betting Self-Exclusion?

You will need to stay on the Jackpot Machine Room Self-Exclusion and/or Singapore Pools Remote Betting Self-Exclusion for at least one year, before you can apply to revoke.
If your Jackpot Machine Room Self-Exclusion and Singapore Pools Remote Betting Self-Exclusion has met the minimum period of one year, you may submit the revocation application by logging in to the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) with your Singpass. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are required to complete the required revocation procedures.
For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) will process your application once you have completed the required revocation procedures.
You may check the status of your application by logging in to the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) with your Singpass.
