Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents may limit the number of visits to the casino each month by applying for a Voluntary Visit Limit. The application is free. You can choose a limit of 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 visits per month.

The Voluntary Visit Limit takes effect once you submit the application. If you have already exceeded the visit limit in a calendar month before submitting your application, you will not be able to enter the casinos for the rest of the calendar month.

Please visit the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) and log in with your Singpass to submit your application. Your Voluntary Visit Limit will take effect immediately once you submit your application.

If you have Singpass but require assistance with online application, you may contact NCPG at 6354 8154, or approach the ServiceSG Centres at the following locations:

  • ServiceSG Centre Bukit Canberra

  • ServiceSG Centre Bukit Merah

  • ServiceSG @ Kampong Chai Chee Community Club

  • ServiceSG @ Keat Hong Community Club

  • ServiceSG @ Nee Soon Central Community Club

  • ServiceSG Centre One Punggol

  • ServiceSG Centre Our Tampines Hub

  • ServiceSG @ The Frontier Community Club

  • ServiceSG Centre Woodlands

To apply for a Singpass, you may visit the Singpass website: www.Singpass.gov.sg or contact the Singpass hotline at 6643 0555. You may also approach the ServiceSG Centres mentioned above for Singpass application.

Please note that your Voluntary Visit Limit takes effect immediately upon submission.
