To apply for a Family Exclusion Order, please log in to e-services via National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg) with your Singpass.  

If you require assistance on how to submit your application, you may contact NCPG at 6354 8154. You may also wish to contact NCPG’s appointed agency, Resilienz Clinic, at 6397 7300 if you are unable to make the application online. The agency has been appointed by the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) to facilitate your application. The agency also provides counselling services for problem gamblers and their family members.
