My employer is not willing to provide me with the additional two weeks of Government-Paid Paternity Leave (GPPL). Can I claim for the four weeks of enhanced Government-Paid Paternity Benefit (GPPB) instead?

The GPPB is only for working fathers who do not qualify for GPPL due to their employment arrangements. These include being on short-term employment contracts or having employment contracts that expire before the birth or adoption of their child. The eligibility criteria for GPPB can be found here
