My foreign employee is caught for possession, use or purchase of etomidate e-vapouriser. Will their work passes be revoked?

Updated by MOM

Foreigners who live in Singapore must abide by our laws.

Foreigners caught possessing, purchasing or using etomidate e-vaporisers or who test positive for etomidate may have their work passes revoked and be deported and banned from re-entering Singapore.

Foreigners who are found possessing, purchasing or using e-vaporisers will have their e-vaporisers seized and be issued a Notice of Composition. Repeat offenders may also have their work passes revoked on a third offence and be deported and banned from re-entering Singapore thereafter.
