The designated workplace doctor (DWD) has already reported the noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) case to MOM. Do I still need to submit an iReport to MOM?
Under the WSH (Incident Reporting) Regulations, both the doctor and employer are required submit an iReport when an employee is diagnosed with an Occupational Disease. As the employer, you are required to submit an iReport to MOM, even if the doctor has already reported the Occupational Disease.
