If there is no significant worsening of the hearing thresholds compared to the previous year, and there is no change of the diagnosis (e.g. it is still a case of NIHL Early), you do not need to report it to us again. You should keep a copy of the original report for verification purposes.

You should submit a report if:

You have not reported the case to us previously.
The case of NIHL shows significant worsening or deterioration of the hearing thresholds compared to previous year.
The case of NIHL has progressed to an advanced NIHL.
