I am an EA. Why must I refund employers where the termination of the MDW's employment is beyond my control?
For scenarios where the termination of the MDW’s employment is due to factors beyond the control of both the EA and the employer, the cost of the service fee will be a shared responsibility between the EA and the employer, where the EA refunds at least 50% and the employer pays the remaining.
