Can I hire workers on lower levy rates if I have unused Man-Year Entitlement (MYE) or Prior Approvals (PA)?
Your firm can no longer use MYE and PA to hire workers as the MYE and PA framework was fully dismantled on 31 December 2024.
From January 2025, you can hire NTS workers without MYE/PA. The following levy rates will apply:
