Can we put up a notice to inform patients of CHAS / MediShield Life / MediSave / etc accreditation?

Yes, a notice stating accreditation would suffice. If a licensee decides to put up a notice of their CHAS/MediShield Life/MediSave accreditation status, licensees are expected to facilitate patients’ claims for these schemes (e.g. by submitting MediShield Life and/or MediSave claims via the relevant portals), where applicable.

Licensees whose accreditation is suspended should not put up a notice of their accreditation status, since they would not be able to make claims for their patients during their suspension period.
