Can the licensee, PO and CGO be the same individual?
Healthcare Services (General) Regulations, Governance of Licensees
Yes, as long as the individual can concurrently take on the role of the licensee, PO and CGO, and can fulfil all relevant prescribed requirements.
The appointed individual also has to have the management bandwidth for these roles as he will be held accountable for these roles.
