It is up to the licensee to decide whether to appoint one or more CGOs. A licensee may decide to appoint more than one CGO if a single CGO is not sufficient to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the CGO role as stipulated in the General Regulations, and individual service regulations for the entire scope of services provided by the licensee.
