The Insolvency Office E-Services lets you check your Debt Repayment Plan and Debt Repayment Scheme (DRS) case details online anytime.

Before you start

You will need:

●       Your Singpass account

●       Your DRS case reference number/NRIC number

●       A computer or mobile device with internet access

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Go to the debtor's portal

Visit the portal at https://eservices.mlaw.gov.sg/ipto/forms/io/io-home.form#drs

Step 2: Log in to your account

Click “Debtor’s Portal” and use your Singpass to access your account.

Step 3: At the dashboard, click on "Reports" on the left-hand panel of the dashboard

Step 4: View your details

You can now see:

●       Payment schedule and amounts

●       Case status and updates

What happens next

After viewing your details:

●       Contact us at https://eservices.mlaw.gov.sg/enquiry/ if you have questions about your case

●       Check back regularly for updates on your case status
