Does my law practice have to terminate the Certificate of Registration ("CoR") of a lawyer who will be seconded?
The lawyer should retain the CoR if s/he continues to provide legal services through the law practice entity that s/he is registered with, and be covered by the law practice's professional indemnity insurance.
