How do we terminate the registration of a lawyer or a section 36G regulated non-practitioner?

Please submit a termination application via LSRA e-Services.

Termination applications should be submitted before, or within 7 days after, the individual's last day of employment with the law practice.

The practising certificates of Singapore solicitors registered under section 36E of the LPA should be cancelled via the Supreme Court's eLitigation system.
