How can I obtain a Letter or Certificate of Discharge?

You may obtain a Letter of Discharge from the Insolvency Office if your bankruptcy was discharged by the High Court.

If your bankruptcy was discharged by the Official Assignee, a Certificate of Discharge will be sent to your registered address via post after your discharge from bankruptcy.

A duplicate of the Certificate of Discharge is available at a fee.
