If your bankruptcy was annulled by the Official Assignee, a Certificate of Annulment will be sent to your registered address via post after the annulment of your bankruptcy.

A duplicate of the Certificate of Annulment is available at a fee.

If your bankruptcy was annulled by the Court, you would need to file a request for an Order of Court.
