If a company that is dissolved still owns a vehicle which is currently in use, what can I do?
When a company is dissolved or struck off, any outstanding assets, including vehicles, are vested in the Official Receiver. The Official Receiver then acts as a representative of these companies to administer their assets.
The handling of the vehicle may vary depending on the specific circumstances of the case. Please submit an enquiry form to the Official Receiver and attach a copy of the vehicle log card here before we could advise further.
