To foster greater ownership over your legal case, you are required to make a small financial contribution to the Public Defender's Office.

The contribution amount is based on your financial eligibility, and will be made known to you when you are informed of the application outcome.

You will only be granted aid and assigned a Public Defender, after you pay the contribution amount.
