The Public Defender's Office is co-delivering criminal defence aid with the Pro Bono SG and their volunteer lawyers.

All applications for criminal defence aid will be assessed by the Public Defender's Office. If your application is successful and your case is referred to Pro Bono SG, you will pay the contribution amount to them directly before a volunteer lawyer is assigned to your case.

You will not be able to choose or decide whether to be represented by a Public Defender or a volunteer lawyer from Pro Bono SG.
