MUP amounts are automatically generated using: (a) CPF Ordinary Wages (OW) data submitted by employers to the CPF Board two to three months before the start of the ORNS activity; and (b) the monthly average of CPF Additional Wages (AW) data submitted by employers to the CPF Board (CPFB) in the last 12 months from the latest CPF OW data used. The CPF data used may not be the most updated because claims are auto-generated one month before your ORNS activity, and CPF contributions are only due by the 14th of the following month.

If there are changes in your CPF contributions between the time MINDEF retrieves the data from CPFB and the time of your ORNS activity, please approach your company’s HR for them to make the necessary adjustments on the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal. Relevant supporting documents (e.g., payslip for the month of ORNS activity) are required.
