MINDEF does not have updated data on companies’ HR movements. It is hence not possible for claims to be automatically computed for your NSmen employees who are leaving the company or have recently left the company.

In such cases, you can delete ineligible claims via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal at least two weeks before the start of the ORNS activity.
