Yes, your NSman employee is eligible for MUP based on the income data submitted by your company to CPF Board.

However, if the auto-generated claim for your NSman employee’s ORNS activity was created under the CSN of the previous entity, your company will need to remove the auto-generated claim and initiate a new claim under the CSN of the entity he was transferred to.

The computation of MUP for this claim will not include the AW components under the CSN of the previous entity. Please contact NSmen Payment Centre at contact@ns.gov.sg should you wish to appeal to include the AW components under the CSN of the previous entity for your NSman employee’s MUP claim.
