MUP claims for IPPT, NS FIT and mobilisation activities are not automated as vast majority of NSmen undertake these activities outside of their working hours and do not claim MUP.

For Employers:

If you wish to claim MUP for your NSmen employees who participated in these activities, you may submit a claim via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal.

For Employed NSmen:

If you wish to claim MUP for participating in these activities, please approach your company’s HR to submit a claim via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal.

For Self-Employed NSmen:

If you wish to claim MUP for participating in these activities, you may submit a claim via the “NSmen Payments” eService on the OneNS Portal.
