Can I opt out of the automation of MUP?

No, there is no opt-out option available. MUP will be automatically computed as long as there are contributions to your NSmen employees’ CPF.

You may login to the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal to verify the automatically computed MUP claim amount. You may also propose changes to the auto-generated claims.
