You will be able to view and verify your NSman employee’s automatically computed MUP via the “Employee Payment Management” eService on the OneNS Portal one month before the start of your employee’s ORNS activity. You will be informed via email when the automatically computed amount is available for your verification.

If you do not make amendments to or verify the automatically computed MUP amount two weeks before the start of the ORNS activity, the computed amount will be automatically processed for payment.

Please allow up to 10 working days from the start of the ORNS activity for the payment to be processed. Only if the payment has not been received after 10 working days, please contact the NS Contact Centre (NSCC) for assistance.
