When there is a dispute on the quantum approved by the Designated Authority, SV or his/her employer is required to appeal on the OneNS Portal not later than 3 weeks from the date on which the make-up pay is paid. The appeal is to be submitted with the following details:

- the amount of make-up pay claimed

- the grounds of dispute
