I would like to appeal for deferment as my initial request has been rejected. However, I was unable to access and Claims the "Appeal" page.

You will not be able to appeal for deferment if:

1. You did not view the deferment outcome letter on OneNS.

2. Your ORNS call-up has been cancelled.

3. Your original ORNS call-up period has been modified.
