There are 3 possible reasons why you are unable to apply for deferment application:

a. You have yet to acknowledge your ORNS call-up. To proceed with your deferment application, please acknowledge your ORNS call-up via the ICT and Manning eService on OneNS.

b. You already have a draft deferment application. To proceed with your deferment application, please use the existing draft. Alternatively, you may choose to delete the draft and create a new one.

c. You have already submitted a deferment application.

You will not be able to submit another deferment application. Kindly wait for an update on the status of your deferment application submission.
