Please take note that an appeal will not be allowed for an unsuccessful deferment application when:  

1. An appeal is already made on this application.  

2. A NSman has submitted a separate appeal through a Member of Parliament. 

3. There are fewer than 2 days before the commencement of the scheduled Call-up.  

4. The Call-up has been 'Cancelled' by MINDEF.  

5. The Call-up has been modified by MINDEF, resulting in a new Call-up being issued, and the 'old' Call-up invalidated.
