You may approach your attending Specialist. If your Specialist opines that you did suffer permanent disability from your service injury, please request him to certify this in a memo and send to MINDEF/SAF HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) at DisabilityMgt@defence.gov.sg for processing of your disability compensation.
