Updated by MINDEF You should inform your unit S1 or Dept Admin Officer of your injury and retain any medical documents related to your injury to be submitted for the injury claim. Your unit S1 or Admin Officer will follow-up with MINDEF/SAF HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) on your intention to file an injury claim. If you have incurred any medical expenses for the treatment of your injury at a government restructured hospital or polyclinic, please retain the original receipts and a memo from your attending doctor which certifies that the bills were incurred for your injury. These documents may be submitted to MINDEF/SAF HRSSC for reimbursement after your injury claim has been approved. Contact us
