What happens when the Temporary Physical Employment Standard (PES) expires?
A temporary Physical Employment Standard (PES) grade indicates the duration of time required for the serviceman's condition to stabilise or recover and return for a medical review. If a temporary PES grade expires, that PES grade will still prevail, until a Medical Board is convened to review the PES grade.
