You will be reviewed by the unit Medical Officer (MO) when your temporary Physical Employment Standard (PES) grade expires after you have enlisted. The unit MO will follow up on your outstanding medical issue and assign you a definitive PES grade after your medical assessment has been completed. You may approach your unit supervisor or unit MO for medical assistance or advice should you feel unwell during training or if you have any medical issues.
