Where can I retrieve my National Service Transcript?
Your National Service Transcript forms part of the Certificate of Service package. To request for your COS package, please submit your request via https://go.gov.sg/cos-noe-replacement. Please note that there is a $7 processing fee for both softcopy and hardcopy requests. The relevant department will contact you within 3 workings days upon receiving your application.
