How do I request a replacement of my Certificate of Service (COS)/Notice of Exemption (NOE)?

To request for replacement of Certificate of Service/Notice of Exemption, please submit your request via https://go.gov.sg/cos-noe-replacement. Please note that there is a $7 processing fee for both softcopy and hardcopy requests. The relevant department will contact you within 3 working days upon receiving your application.
