Please submit a request via go.gov.sg/saf-nsv24 (for MINDEF/SAF national servicemen) or  https://go.gov.sg/mha-nsv24 (for SPF/SCDF national servicemen) along with the authorisation e-letter from the national serviceman to receive the hardcopy vouchers on his behalf. Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks for the request to be processed and vouchers mailed to the letterbox of the address provided in the request form.
